Your Home offers a part buy – part product that can be used on any pre-owned freehold home in England, bringing the possibility of home ownership to an area that you may already be established in.
To assist armed forces personal, Your Home is compatible with the MOD Future Accommodation Model and Forces Help to Buy schemes and as an extra helping hand the lease allows service personnel who are posted to sublet their entire property for the duration of their deployment, if their lender agrees. We also provide £500 towards legal fees when service personnel purchase a home with Your Home.
